\n\u2022 have been removed from management or control<\/span>\u00a0of anybody under section 34(5)(e) of the Charities and<\/span>\u00a0Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 (or<\/span>\u00a0earlier legislation)<\/span>
\n\u2022 are disqualified from being a trustee by an order of the<\/span>\u00a0Charity Commission under section 181A of the Charities<\/span>\u00a0Act 2011<\/span>
