LIST OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR HIRERS<\/strong><\/h4>

Period from 1st<\/sup> September 2025<\/strong><\/h4>

The centre is due\u00a0to have the flat roof refurbished\/restored spring\/summer weather permitting.We intend to remain open\u00a0but there may be some disruption and little noise\u00a0 during this time.<\/strong><\/p>

1. Regular and Frequent Hirers:
<\/strong> \u00a315.00 per hour for all hours.<\/p>

2. One-off events under 5 hours:
<\/strong>2.1 Fee for events up to a minimum of 3 hours @\u00a360.00<\/p>

2.2 Fee for events over 3 hours and under 5 hours @\u00a320.00 per hour.<\/p>

3. One-off events for 5 hours and over:
<\/strong><\/p>

Day Hire\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a09.00am – 4.30pm\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a3200
Evening Hire 5.30pm – midnight\u00a0 \u00a3200<\/p>

For all one-off events the following apply:<\/strong>
Booking Fee of \u00a315.00<\/strong>.
Keys to access the hall will be provided in exchange for a refundable deposit of \u00a325.00<\/strong>.
A refundable deposit of \u00a350.00<\/strong> on the satisfactory return of the Hall in a clean condition and in
compliance with Terms & Conditions of Hire.<\/p>

Note that bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment in advance.<\/strong>
Deposits returned to your bank account after the event provided T and C complied with.<\/strong><\/p>
